The Finance and Budget deparment take invoices from the group of compaines via mail. The deparment enter these invoices to their ERP system. The invoices are shared to the deparment from ERP system. The process takes 4 hours of each 2 person. That would be equal to a full week effort for each 2 person monthly..
Solution
UiPath Robot has automed the process’s all steps. UiPath Robot first takes e-mail’s of invoices than enter these to ERP system. After that invoices are shared to the departments.
